Returns & Refund
Cancellation Order Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns on products within 21 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer. If you'd like to initiate a return, please contact us for the return address and instructions.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card). Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be credited.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before refunds are posted.
